Features:

The appearance adopts a combination of stainless steel and tempered glass, which is sturdy, thick, and high-end and beautiful. The four sided tempered glass door design is convenient for maintenance and has a certain degree of dust prevention function.

The core electrical components are made of first tier brands such as Schneider, Japan SMC, and Taiwan Yadeke, ensuring the stability and service life of the machine.

Intelligent human-machine interaction, convenient operation, and flexible operation. The data storage system can store and memorize multiple filling specification parameters, making it convenient and fast to switch specifications.

The measurement method adopts a high-precision waist wheel flowmeter specially designed for oil and grease, with outstanding accuracy and energy saving and consumption reduction.

A high-level transfer tank is added on the top of the machine to ensure that the filling is not subject to external conditions such as the distance of the Storage tank and the level difference impact.

Equipped with a built-in frequency conversion system, there are three speed levels of filling: full speed fast filling, medium speed filling, and slow self flow filling, eliminating the phenomenon of oil overflow.

Self developed and self-made vacuum suction system, which sucks and recovers residual oil from the filling head while completing the filling operation, ensuring no oil dripping.

304 stainless steel round pipe and 304 stainless steel corrugated pipe are used as the oil delivery pipe in the machine to eliminate Plasticizer and ensure oil safety.
